Introduction to our workshop labor rate
To ensure high-quality service and complete transparency, we apply a flat rate for all tasks performed in our workshop. This rate covers every step required for the proper handling of your equipment: intake, diagnostics, repair, and functional testing before returning the device to you.
Our services are billed in 15-minute increments, at a rate of €15 excluding VAT per quarter hour. This system allows us to align the cost precisely with the actual time spent on your device while guaranteeing a professional, thorough, and efficient service.
